How do I get started?

Create your account, confirm your email if asked, and enter your business name. Start with Price a Job, or follow the first-quote guide below. The assistant opens tools; you review and save your own records.

What can I use for free?

WRKLDR Free includes calculators, job pricing, five saved starter quotes, 30 diary entries and three printable document tools. No payment method is required for the free account. Paid operational features have separate plan access.

What do the plans cost?

Advertised monthly plans are Tradie $99, Pro $299 and Business $999 AUD, including GST. Paid plans offer a 7-day trial and require a payment method; the selected plan starts charging after the trial unless cancelled. Existing customers may have different agreed terms. Check Billing and Checkout for your actual price.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Billing, then Manage Subscription when available. Follow the subscription portal and check its confirmation and end date. The assistant cannot cancel, refund or inspect your subscription. If the control is missing or you need a refund reviewed, contact WRKLDR support.

How do I create and send a quote?

For a paid business workflow, add the customer in Clients, then open Quotes and create a quote with scope, quantities, rates and applicable GST. Review totals and customer details before using the available PDF or sharing controls. Free saved starter quotes are a separate tool. The first-quote guide opens each step for you.

How do quotes become jobs?

Use the quote acceptance or job-conversion controls on the quote, then open Jobs to review the linked customer and job details. Check the agreed value, dates and scope before starting work. You can also create a job from Jobs.

How do I invoice and record payment?

Open Invoices to create or review an invoice, check the customer and totals, then use its available delivery controls. Record money actually received using the payment controls. An invoice or payment record does not by itself charge the customer’s card. Review corrections carefully.

How do I track costs and profit?

Record expenses and job costs against the right job, including labour and subcontractors. Keep the remaining-cost forecast current. An incomplete forecast is not a reliable final profit figure. Cost Library holds reusable rates; Jobs holds the job view.

How do I add receipts?

Open Money and Receipts to record the expense and attach its receipt. Check the amount, date and job before saving. If the app says the cost saved but the receipt failed, check the existing cost before trying the full add flow again so you do not enter the cost twice.

Can I calculate concrete and bore piers?

Open WRKLDR Calculator for concrete and bore-pier quantity tools. Check measurement units, dimensions and allowances before ordering. Calculated quantities do not confirm engineering design or supplier requirements.

Where do I record my site diary?

For your free personal records, use My Site Diary. Paid operational Site Diary links records to jobs and is subject to plan access. Record the date, work, delays and safety notes, then check the save confirmation.

How do I onboard my crew?

The business owner manages team access and roles in Team. Each staff member should use their own invited login. Assign only the access they need and check their view. Team and workforce features depend on your plan and permissions; the assistant cannot grant access.

Where are schedules and timesheets?

Schedule holds upcoming events and work dates. Timesheets records hours against jobs and team members. These operational tools require the relevant plan and permissions. Wait for the save confirmation before leaving.

What is Garage for?

Garage keeps vehicle, plant and tool records together, including maintenance and tool workflows. Open the asset to review the controls available for that record. WRKLDR records do not replace manufacturer service instructions.

How do I use SWMS and documents?

Open SWMS or Documents, choose the relevant tool and review it for the actual task and site. Templates need site-specific review and appropriate sign-off. The assistant cannot certify that a document meets your job’s safety or legal requirements.

How do I install WRKLDR on my phone?

WRKLDR is an installable web app. On iPhone, open wrkldr.au in Safari and use Share → Add to Home Screen. On supported Android browsers, use Install app or Add to Home screen. See the install guide for help. An app-store download is not required.

I cannot sign in or reset my password

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. Check junk or spam and open the latest reset link. If a link expired, request a new one. If an email limit appears, follow the wait message. Never send your password or reset link to support.

Can I work offline?

WRKLDR needs a connection for account data and saving work. The installed app has an offline fallback, but there is no guaranteed offline save queue. Keep a separate copy of important unsaved notes, reconnect and check existing records before repeating a save.

Why is a tool locked or missing?

Available tools depend on your subscription and assigned role. An owner can review Billing or Team. Staff should ask their business owner about permissions. The assistant cannot unlock a feature or change billing.

How do I contact a person?

Email wrkldr@gmail.com with the screen name, what you expected and what happened. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, card details or customer records. This opens your email app; it does not send a message automatically.

Need a person?

Email the screen name and what went wrong. Remove passwords, payment details and customer information from screenshots.
