Privacy Policy.
Effective 3 September 2026
PJ WHAREWAKA trading as WRKLDR, ABN 86 673 602 530 ("WRKLDR", "we", "us" or "our"), provides software that helps Australian trade and construction businesses manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, schedules, timesheets, documents, photos, receipts and related business records.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, business information, subscription and support records, and the content you choose to store in WRKLDR. We also collect limited technical information needed to secure, operate and improve the service, such as login, device, error and usage data.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure WRKLDR, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver support, maintain records, prevent misuse, comply with law and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use specialist providers for cloud hosting, authentication, file storage, payments, email and diagnostics. These providers may process information outside Australia under their contractual and security controls. Subscription payment details are handled by Stripe; WRKLDR does not store full card numbers.
Your business data
You control the information you add to WRKLDR and are responsible for having authority to collect and use it. Access is restricted to authorised members of your business. Uploaded job evidence and receipts are held in private storage and shared using time-limited links.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, backup and dispute purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, private file storage and tenant-level database protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may correct business information in Settings and may request account deletion from the app. You may also ask for access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions or complaints, email wrkldr@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We may update this policy as WRKLDR changes. We will publish the revised effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes.
