WRKLDR

Terms of Service.

Effective 3 September 2026

These terms govern use of WRKLDR, operated by PJ WHAREWAKA trading as WRKLDR, ABN 86 673 602 530. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use WRKLDR for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

WRKLDR provides operational software for trade and construction businesses. It is a recordkeeping and workflow tool, not legal, accounting, tax, engineering or workplace-safety advice. You remain responsible for checking all quotes, invoices, calculations, safety documents and compliance decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, promptly report suspected misuse and only upload content you are authorised to use. You must not break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use WRKLDR to harm others.

Subscriptions and renewal

Plan price, billing frequency and any taxes are shown before checkout. Payment is collected when you subscribe. Unless cancelled, a paid subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval and Stripe charges the saved payment method. You may cancel through the subscription portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Fees, GST and refunds

Fees are payable in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Publicly advertised Australian plan prices include GST. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable merely because you stop using the service during a billing period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your data and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, back up and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support WRKLDR. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and retention requirements of your business records.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep WRKLDR reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, suspend or change features. We will provide reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects paid customers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WRKLDR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made from unchecked data. Where a statutory guarantee applies and liability can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.

Ending an account

You may stop using WRKLDR and request deletion through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, and will act reasonably in the circumstances.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Contact wrkldr@gmail.com with questions or complaints.
